My child-centered approach incorporates expressive arts therapy, mindfulness exercises, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help your child gain control over their anxious feelings and build resilience.
For Parents: Parenting a child with anxiety can feel isolating and confusing. I’m here to support you every step of the way. I offer personalized coaching and strategies to help you understand your child’s anxiety, effectively communicate, and create a supportive home environment that fosters growth and confidence.
For Everyone: Anxiety doesn’t have to rule your life. I provide therapy for individuals of all ages dealing with anxiety, helping you develop the tools you need to face life’s challenges with calm and confidence.
